症状
--------------------------------------------------------
Config起動および終了が不可能、
起動時のCPU利用率が常に100％、
ﾒﾓﾘを限界まで消費
終了後Windowsを不安定にする
タスクバーの点滅、
等の不具合が確認されました。
PCの環境によっては不具合が発生しない場合もあり。

原因

hotkey機能とIMEとの相性が原因。

対策
--------------------------------------------------------
Samurize ver1.50または1.25を利用すると良いでしょう。
■■ 以下の修正バージョンは、正式なリリースではありません。 ■■
あなたの使用されているPCに損害が出る可能性があります。
問題なく作動するようですが、使用は自己責任で。

※v1.30以前から見られた、終了時のCPU使用率が100％になる問題も解決しています。
現在、ダウンロードできません。v1.50のConfig.exeを利用すると良いでしょう

I want to help with the problem you guys are having with the config
editor...
things that come to mind that might be causing it are perhaps language
files?
Have you tried deleting the Samurize registry settings and seeing if
that helps?
Also is the problem happening when you use the Japanese "patch" or does
it happen without the patch?

- I will try and make a config.exe that logs activity in the next
day or so.
Hopefully this will be able to tell us where it is getting stuck with
MSIME?

- Also, biggest change in v1.30 was the hotkeys.

- The fix in Config_FIXED3.zip has had the hotkeys changed
Please test that they still work correctly on your computers

はhotkey機能を削除した修正版です。
※4月17日正午時点でのMD5
は、 022C28A6718724E476EC55D38F3F813F
ですが、今後、内容が変更される可能性があります。
また、4月17日午前中に配布されていた、
MD5 AF2E83182F87F7BC96B2CA596C68710B
のConfig.exeはhotkey機能が利用でき、かつ問題が修正されたバージョン
のようですが、NeM氏の意向により、現在、配布されていません。
※すでにダウンロードしてしまった方は、公式版が出るまで使うのをやめてください
ただし人柱になって状況報告できる方は、使用することを認められています。
当然、使用は自己責任でお願いします。NeM氏は使用することを推奨していません。
